Brand-new place, fairly clean, great value.

It had lovely food, extremely polite staff and optimal location. Loved well soundproofed & functional room. Their service was flawless too.

I had a pleasant stay in a long time. Top-notch and fairly clean place with an excellant reception. The continental breakfast had plenty of food.

every detail here was first class, including location and rooms. spacious bedrooms and great pool. magnificent view, bed was large. 0.5 km from laguardia airport.

A reasonably priced property, clean, ideal location for New York as it's next to broadway.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was very spotty.

Just average staff and very pretty location, perfect for me. Very big beds, WiFi, climate control and terrace were a nice touch. The building itself was beautifully designed with a beautiful garden.

Our stay in this PROPER hotel was magnificent and we would stay here again. Staff was splendid, breakfast was immaculate. The beach was stunning. Average room, bed was comfortable plus there was a luxury bathroom. Easy check in & the service was individual.

Authentic place to stay while in New York. I really enjoyed the beds, they were soft, and how modern the staff was. Daily bread, hot waffles, pancakes, eggs and bangers for breakfast were tasteful. I had updated and attractive double room. A lovely area, cosy location. The service was nice, just like I expected...

Lovely beds, outdoor bar was amazing. The decor of the good room was lovely and it was good too. Generally everything was brand-new, nonetheless the bathroom was very dated. Brilliant location, a short walk to a 70th-floor open-air observation deck. My experience at this well-maintained hotel was very positive😃

Rooms are decent size and location is superb! The hotel was ideally situated. Nice place, you know.

That tea was missing.

One could dine at restaurants such as db bistro moderne 10 minutes away. The room was good sized. The hotel was very clean. Proximity to a bus stop helped to explore New York City.
